Ghana’s economy is heavily dependent on agriculture, and thus the need to pay particular attention to the sector.

Even though the sector is currently the third contributor to Ghana’s gross domestic product (GDP), it provides over 50% of employment opportunities to Ghana’s labor force.

Agriculture in Ghana is currently at a third of its potential for development. CDO aims at developing interventions with relevant stakeholders to improve agriculture (crops, animals, and fisheries) in Ghana.
