CERATH Development Organization (CDO), on behalf of the consortium implementing the EU-funded Cassava Transformation Project (CASTRAP), invites qualified individual consultants or firms to submit proposals for the End-line Evaluation of CASTRAP (2021–2025).

The evaluation will assess the project’s achievements, impact, sustainability, and lessons learned across five counties in Liberia (Sinoe, Grand Kru, Maryland, River Gee, and Grand Gedeh).
